Q: ‘can i order a commission illustration? what’s the process?’

We are accepting Commission requests through our email address hello@littlethoughtsstudio.com or through our Commissions & Pricing Page

Once we know the site address and all the formalities are done with we can begin to illustrate! We will compile our own little library of imagery through Google Maps, Real Estate.com or any images you have handy.

Our process includes a few informal chats via email about what you love and what you wish to be illustrated, along with any other particulars you may have. We will also show you a draft sneak peek for approval prior to us commencing on the final product.

Once finished, the illustration is carefully packaged so that it can be on it’s merry way to you.

Q: ‘HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT A COMMISSION PIECE TO TAKE?’

Currently, our commission Illustrations have a four week turn around from when payment is received - keep that in mind when ordering a piece.

However, if your event is fast approaching and we can squeeze it in our schedule, we can fast track the illustration for you with an additional fee.

We will always give you an estimate completion date when your order is placed.

Q: ‘I WOULD LOVE A COMMISSION ILLUSTRATION BUT I DON’T HAVE A “INSTAGRAMMABLE” VICTORIAN TERRACE HOUSE - MY OWN HOUSE EVEN?’

Ah! We here you and we have you covered!

We are all about the fuzzy sentimental spots, too! We can offer your favourite cafe, a date night spot, your wedding venue, scenic landscape, it could even be the house you grew up in.

Whatever and wherever is special to you - let us as it!

Q: ‘i’m a sucker of ‘f.o.m.o’ (fear of missing out) - am i able to get a copy of my illustration that i am gifting?’

Are we long lost friends?

Yes! If you feel as if you are going to run the risk of wanting a cheeky copy for yourself this is something that can be definitely arranged.
Let us know if this could be you so that we can factor this into the overall timeline. Our goal is for you to receive both the original illustration and the print together as per the specified completion date in our kick-off chat!

Q: ‘does it need to be a house?’

Never say never!

We have done vintage cars, motorbikes, included animals in our illustrations. The enthusiasm for something a little different has been wild and we very much encourage it!

Q: ‘the black and white vibe is cool - but is there an opportunity to have some colour?’

Yasssssss!! We do offer a watercolour option for our commission illustrations.

Q: ‘can i order a print?’

We currently have a small selection of prints on offer in Our Shop.
We are constantly getting inspired by different things as we continue our Little Thoughts journey, adding to our Shop and expanding our Little Thoughts family of prints.

Our prints range from A5, A4 and A3.

We are currently going through the archives, selecting our faves and getting them printed for purchase.
